Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 slices tomato
- 1/2 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon hummus
- 1 slice low-fat cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place veggies on 1 bread slice. Cover with cheese.
- Spread hummus on other slice.
- Season to taste.
