Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bag chopped romaine lettuce/pre-mixed Caesar salad
- ½ cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing
- Low-carb spinach tortilla wraps
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts. Rub in to coat both sides.
- Mix salt, pepper, minced garlic, and oregano. Season chicken generously.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow chicken to rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Prepare Caesar salad mix. Add dressing to taste. Mix well.
- After resting period, slice chicken breast into pieces equal in size.
- Layer tortilla wraps with Caesar salad and sliced chicken breast.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately. Enjoy!
