Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts. It’s necessary when considering skin sensitivity, to dilute them in a carrier – either a carrier oil or another type of liquid, depending on what the recipe calls for. Other acceptable carrier oils include jojoba oil, vitamin E oil, sweet almond oil,

DIY Sore Spot Salvation
- 3-4 drops TLEO Revitalize Blend
- 1 tsp. TLEO FCO
Add to a TLEO Amber Roller Bottle and blend. Massage onto skin in areas of soreness.
TLEO Banish the Blemish
- 1-2 drops TLEO Eucalyptus
- 1 tsp. TLEO FCO
Add to a TLEO Amber Roller Bottle and blend. Roll onto blemishes to help diminish the appearance of irritation/inflammation. Alternatively, use a flat cotton round (which distributes the blend best) or a cotton ball. Make sure skin around irritation is clean. Gently apply in a dabbing motion.
